AWE Industry Credential/Subject Code Crosswalk
The AWE Industry Credential/Subject Code Crosswalks contain the following: a listing of course subject codes; suggested levels for the Applied Mathematics, Reading for Information and Locating Information WorkKeys assessments; approved technical attainment assessments; and approved industry credentials. The lists are organized by program area and can be accessed though the links below.

Data Submission Schedule
The verification and approval of Career Development, Career Enhancement and Consultative records through the AWE Data Reporting System is required for state reimbursement for adult workforce education career technical programs.
The deadline to submit district approved records to the Ohio Board of Regents is as follows:
- July 15: Final date for districts to submit CD, CE and CO records
- July 15-20: State staff approves/rejects records; Final returns to districts for corrections/districts correct records and re-submit
- July 25: AWE System closes to districts at 4:45 p.m.
- July 30: AWE System closes to all users at 4:45 p.m.

Information on Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
